Blockers

What it does

Opens the human-gated blocker inbox and surfaces every open item in HUMAN-BLOCKERS.md that requires a person to act. This command never resolves, flips, or removes a blocker entry — that is exclusively the human approver's action.

When to use it

Run to see what external decisions or approvals are blocking an autonomous program. Use with a PROG-id to filter to one program, or without an argument to see all programs.

Example

/eng-org:blockers PROG-20260723-d904-01 — prints a table of all open human-gated items for that program, including the blocker description, why it is human-gated, and the proposed action for the approver.
